Today was a truly memorable and impactful day at Ndawonye Primary SchoolπŸ’™βœ¨

Our learners showcased their talents through inspiring speeches, energetic dances, beautiful songs and powerful messages aimed at raising awareness against Gender-Based Violence, Substance Abuse and Mental Health.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Grip, Mpumalanga Mental Health , Marc, Kabelo, Bhekimuzi, our Educators and everyone who contributed to making this event a success. Your support, guidance and dedication continue to make a positive difference in the lives of our learners.

A special thank you goes to our incredible learners. Your confidence, enthusiasm and willingness to be agents of change made us proud. You reminded us that the youth have the power to build a safer, healthier and more compassionate future.

Together, we stand against violence, substance abuse and stigma surrounding mental health. Together, we choose respect, hope and positive change.

Day one of Child protection Week(CPW) at Ndawonye Primary School. We had GRIP social worker Mrs Sibisi who spoke about GBV and sexual abuse plus encouraged learners to report and who the child can report to , if the above is happening.
Ndawonye youth coach Mbali explained what CPW is and what it stands for. A grade 7 learner later one made a child protection pledge with other leaners.
