Mokoena Napo from our class of 2015.
Meet Mokoana Napo>>>"My name is Mokoena Napo, I am 21 years old and I live in Free-State, Qwa-qwa. I am currently studying Civil Engineering at Vaal University of Technology (VUT).
Despite coming from a disadvantaged background, my family has always stressed about the importance of being successful. My interest in Civil Engineering was sparkled from a young age when my father used to construct buildings for local community people. Varsity has been a dream for many generations to my family. The sacrifice that I have made so far enabled me to focus on becoming the first person in my family to pursue higher education in the field of Engineering.
I plan to succeed, regardless of what obstacles on my way. One of my goals is to obtain a Masters in Structural Engineering qualification, because I believe structure is the foundation of Civil Engineering. A lot of companies are retrenching in our country, so we, as the upcoming future Engineers have to do all our best to come up with new strategies, plans and ideas to prevent that and also provide quality services to the country." Come
To be the person you always wanted to be starts by believing in yourself..

Our journeys are made out of different paths. One of the paths, we long took when we stepped into the Mohaladitwe school yard. You must have known that there is something called "trial exams", its time has arrived and there is no turning back. Yes, you are going to feel the heat, you are going to get tired and you are going to feel the pain. But you should not step back, you should not allow your pain to pull you down but rather use it as an elevator to the next level of your life,"GET INSIDE THAT FIRE AND COME OUT STRONGER". That fire is simply going to make you a better candidate for the final lap (final exam).
