Nqwathi (Conclusion)

"THREE MAIN BUSINESS ASSETS" (Part 3)

ASSET 3: "FELLOWSHIP" (Family: Mother)

- If You Want To Sell Anything, Sell It To Women! In Life And Business, Women Have The Power To Influence The Culture. A Woman Can Come In A Presence Of 100 Men And All The ATTENTION Might Be On Her, Unlike Men Around Women. In The Family, The Woman Influence The Direction Of The Family. If She Ain't Happy, No One Is Going To Be Happy.

- FOLLOWERSHIP Refers To The CUSTOMER (Woman). If You Can't Sell Your Product, You Can't Propose A Woman. The Easiest Way To Sell Any Product Is To PROPOSE (Business Proposal) A Customer. But Before You Propose, You Must Know Your TYPE (Target Market) And Know How To Differentiate Yourself From Other COMPETITORS (Other Men).

- Even When You Are Selling Men's Products, Sell To Women. Good Women Love Taking Care Of Their Men And They Going To Influence Them To Make Certain Financial Decisions. Women Are Good At Making Us Men To Spend For Them And That's What Customers Need Too. The More You Invest In Your LOYAL Customers, The Longer And Stronger Your Relationship Will Grow.

- In Business, People Buy Based On EMOTIONS And Justify Their Decision With LOGIC. The MIND Is Divided Into Two, EMOTIONS And LOGIC. Every Purchase Or Choice We Make Is FIRSTLY Emotional, Then Later Be Justified Or Formed Through LOGIC. Between Men And Women, Naturally Men Are More LOGICAL And Women Are More EMOTIONAL. Now That's Why You Must SELL TO WOMEN Because Emotions Influence Logic. If My Emotions Are In Love With Someone, I Justify My Feelings Through Logic. Logic Is The One That Helps Me See Her An ASSET Or LIABILITY While Emotions Won My "ATTENTION".

- In Marketing, The Key To Win Is To Always "PAY ATTENTION" To What The Consumers (Women) Need And Want. You Have To Be Ahead Of How The Market Behaves, You Must Pay Attention To "YOUR" Woman As A Man (LEADER).

- Real Women Need LOVE, Real Customers (FOLLOWERS) Need EMPATHY (Love).

"THREE MAIN BUSINESS ASSETS" (Part 2)

ASSET 2: "OWNERSHIP" (Family: Child)

- In Our Family Business Kode, OWNERSHIP Is The CHILD, Ownership Is The PRODUCT/SERVICE Or BRAND. It Is What You SELLING To The World, It Is What You Invest Everything You Have To Build (Raise) It Well And Become The Best. You PACKAGE It With Nice Clothes (Marketing Materials) To Make It Look Good In Public (MARKET).

- If You Can't Build A Brand, You Can't Raise A Child, If You Can't Build A Business, You Can't Build A Sustainable Family. So Just Like A Child, Your BRAND Is The LIGHT (Asset) Of The BUSINESS (Family) And You Can't Expect Your Child To Behave Like A 30 Year Old While They Are 30 Days Old.

- The Difference Between An Employer And Employee Is OWNERSHIP, One Owns Something, The Other Owns Nothing. Whoever Has Ownership, Has The POWER To Determine The Future Of The Business.

- This Is The Reason Why It's Important As A Man (Leader) To Marry The Mother Of Your Child Because Your SURNAME Is The BRAND IDENTITY Of The Child And Through Proper Family Procedures, You Can Only Have The Right To Your INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (Child/Brand) If You PAY FOR IT. Men Who Don't Have Children Who Are Not Using Their Surnames Are Like Businessmen Who Work For The Brand They Don't OWN.

Your Brand Is Your Child, Your Brand Is Your Ownership And Without Ownership, You Have No Power. Now You'll Overstand Why Women Have The FIRST Right To Live With The Child If The Man Didn't PAY THE PRICE To Own His Brand. Now Let's Go To Part 3...

"THREE MAIN BUSINESS ASSETS" (Part 1)

The Success Or Failure Of Any Business Depends On It's Primary FOUNDATION. From Our Business Mentorship Program, , We Train Entrepreneurs On How To Develop The Most Important And Urgent Assets For Their Business Foundations. Let Me Give You A Little Summary As Follows...

ASSET 1: "LEADERSHIP" (Family: Father)

- Every Business Is An IDEA And Based On A Human Experience, Ideas Come From Human MINDS. Therefore The First Asset Is The "BRAINS BEHIND THE BUSINESS". It Doesn't Matter How Perfect Your Idea Is Or How Hard You Work, If You MINDSET IS NOT IN LINE, Nothing Is Going To Be In Line.

- Leadership Is MINDSET, Not How You Dress Or Talk. Behind Every Successful Business, There's A Successful Brain (Mindset). Leadership Is About COMMON-UNITY (Community) Where One Come Together With Other DIFFERENT MINDS (Team) To Achieve A Common Goal.

- Being A "BOSS" And A "LEADER" Are Not The Same Thing. A Boss Operates On EGO And Use Other People To Make Money. A Leader Is A Team Player And Operates With EMPATHY And Use His MIND To EMPOWER Others (Teammates).

As A Leader, Your MIND Is Your ASSET And If Your MIND IS LAZY, You Won't Eat, But If Your Mind Is ACTIVE, You'll Keep Rising No Matter How Many Times You Fall. Just Like A Child, The First 18 Years Of Business Are Your Teenage Stages. Be Patient And Grow Well.
