Today, the Eastbury Secondary School family gathered to honour and celebrate a remarkable educator, mentor, and leader, Mr R. Maharaj, on his retirement after an extraordinary 43 years of dedicated service to the KZNDOE

As our esteemed Departmental Head of Mathematics and Science, Mr Maharaj has touched countless lives through his unwavering commitment to excellence, his passion for education, and his dedication to nurturing generations of learners and educators. His wisdom, guidance, and leadership have left an indelible mark on Eastbury Secondary School and the broader educational community.

For over four decades, he has inspired minds, shaped futures, and upheld the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. While we bid farewell to a respected colleague, we celebrate a legacy that will continue to inspire for years to come.
