Sometimes it's necessary to take a few mins out of our busy schedules and appreciate the brew-tea-ful things in life. Our learners certainly know how to get a par-tea started! One thing we know for sure is that a cup of positivi-tea is all we need to get us through a busy school day.

A snapshot of our Mother's Day "Praise, Paint & Create" celebration

What an extraordinary experience! We had the honour of hosting a full hall of mom's and significant women in our lives.

The ladies were treated to beautifully presented items from our dance crew and foundation phase learners, a powerful film production from our high school learners depicting the story of Hannah in the Bible, and an emotional drama by our grade 6 and 7 learners. And of course, our
band who led us in praise.

Guest speaker and local artist, Simone Cronje, shared her personal story of motherhood whilst leading the moms in individual representations of their personal motherhood experiences on canvas.

Today's take away; as mother's, it is not only important, but also very acceptable, to look for the quiet moments in the busyness of life. Listen for God's voice as He speaks to us over the voice of the world. Thank you, Simone, for being with us this morning.

A big thank you to my events planning committee and staff for your imput and efforts to ensure this morning's event was the success that it was.

A very big thank you, too, to Mrs Milan for the exquisite photo booth set up.

Happy mothers day to all our moms, grannies, aunties, and significant women in our lives. We see you. We appreciate you. We love you.

Yathiksha Sewpersad, grade 10, has been selected to represent South Africa in the upcoming African Youth Games (AYG) for Karate, to be held in Luanda, Angola! This is an incredible achievement as this event is a qualifier for the youth Olympics 2026. We, together with her family, are so proud of Yathiksha's hard work and dedication.

The AYG is a prestigious event that brings together talented young athletes from across Africa to compete and showcase their skills. Yathiksha's selection is a testament to her talent, discipline, and perseverance.

We wish Yathiksha all the best for the games! Go Team SA!
