Last week, Nabeela Brown represented The Living Link at the 4th Annual Africa Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Summit and Expo in Cape Town.

Two days of real conversations about what meaningful inclusion looks like in South African workplaces. The strategies, the challenges and the people committed to making it work.
It was a reminder of why the work matters and of the growing community of organisations choosing inclusion with intention. 💙🟠💚

🎓 Bridging Training & Employment

Adult Integration Programme offering NQF Level 1 in Hygiene and Cleaning, integrated with life skills, work readiness, and supported job sampling. The programme is designed to build independence, confidence, communication, and meaningful workplace skills, empowering young adults to access real opportunities and participate more fully in their communities, with ongoing support from facilitators and job coaches.
