Little Larrie Teddy

Ziggy comes from the sunny grasslands of Stripey Savannah, where she is famous for trotting into places she definitely wasn’t invited to. She loves being in the middle of everything and always seems to arrive just when something exciting is about to happen. Ziggy is playful, curious, and a little bit cheeky, but she is also wonderfully friendly and loves making new friends wherever she goes. Her stripes may help her blend in, but her big personality makes sure she is always noticed.

Mnr. Snorre kom van Kattekruin, waar hy bekend is as die kat met die groot glimlag en nog groter planne. Niemand weet ooit presies wat hy d**k nie, maar as hy so skeef glimlag, beteken dit gewoonlik dat iets baie snaaks gaan gebeur. Hy hou daarvan om stilletjies in te glip, op die beste plek in die kamer te gaan sit, en te kyk hoe almal wonder wat hy volgende gaan aanvang. Al lyk hy baie skelm, is hy eintlik ongelooflik oulik. Hy is mal daaroor as iemand sy ruggie krap en 'n blikkie tuna is sy grootste bederf.

Pippie Panda kom van die Bamboeswoud, waar sy bekend is daarvoor dat sy stilletjies ekstra bamboes-happies wegsteek vir later. Sy lyk altyd baie onskuldig, maar sy hou daarvan om op die perfekte oomblik in te glip en die lekkerste sitplek vir haarself te kry. Pippie is sag, snoesig en hou baie daarvan om naby haar mens te sit waar sy alles mooi kan dophou. Ná al haar klein panda-plannetjies is sy die gelukkigste wanneer sy lekker styf vasgedruk word.

Milo is a playful little monkey from the Larrie Jungle, where he became famous for stealing bananas, hiding hats, and giggling when nobody could find them. He loves climbing onto tables, peeking into bags, and acting like he is far too innocent to have caused any trouble. Milo has a very clever face and is always watching to see what fun he can get up to next. Even though he is a tiny bit naughty, he is also very lovable and gives the best cuddles once his monkey business is done.

This morning, something very unusual happened while Mrs Olivier was away from her office...
A small group of very curious little visitors quietly tiptoed inside!
At first, they only wanted to have a quick look around. But before long, the fluffy friends became very busy indeed. One brave rabbit sat at Mrs Olivier’s chair, ready to answer the phone like a very important assistant. Another little friend carefully looked through her diary, while someone else made serious notes as if they were planning the school’s next big event.
One cheeky zebra even helped itself to a tissue, as if office work was simply exhausting!
After all that very important “work,” the toys decided it was time for an official meeting. They gathered around the big table, sat up straight, and looked very thoughtful — although no one is quite sure what was discussed. Perhaps playground ideas? Extra story time? Or maybe more cuddle breaks for everyone?
Once the meeting was over, the fluffy team made their way to the comfy chairs, where they sat back, relaxed, and admired their very busy morning.
By the time Mrs Olivier returned, everything looked almost normal again...
Almost.
Because if you looked very carefully, you could tell that the office had definitely been taken over by some very adorable little visitors.
And judging by the smiles on their faces, they may just do it again...

Meet Alfred the rhino:

Koda is a soft grey-and-white husky who comes from the Snow Mountains of the North, where the wind whistles between the icy peaks and the ground is always covered in sparkling snow. He loves running through the snow, exploring new places, and keeping watch over his friends. Koda is brave, loyal, and always ready for a new adventure. With his fluffy fur and bright eyes, he is the perfect companion for someone who loves exploring and imagining great journeys.
Koda loves it when someone pretends to take him on a big adventure walk and gently strokes the top of his head.

Mia is ’n vrolike blou seekoei wat uit die Blinkrivier kom – ’n helder rivier waar die water altyd borrel en die son op die oppervlak dans. Sy spandeer haar dae om in die koel water te plons, nuwe water-speletjies uit te d**k en rustig in die rivier rond te dryf. Mia is ’n vriendelike seekoei wat baie hou daarvan om grappe te vertel. Nou het sy uit die Blinkrivier gekom om ’n spesiale maatjie te kry met wie sy groot verbeeldings-avonture kan beleef.
Mia hou baie daarvan wanneer iemand maak of hulle water oor haar kop spat – dan voel sy sommer gelukkig!

Ontmoet vir Lilly
Lilly kom van ’n klein dorpie genaamd Lapland, ’n plek waar al die poppe en sagte speelgoed gemaak word van materiaal, wol en baie liefde. In Lapland leer die poppe hoe om goeie maatjies te wees en hoe om kinders te laat glimlag. Lilly het haar pienk hoed en vlegseltjies gekry toe sy gereed was om op haar groot reis te gaan. Nou soek sy ’n nuwe maatjie om saam te speel, stories te hoor en elke dag ’n bietjie vroliker te maak.

Wat het vandag gebeur:
Toe niemand gekyk het nie en al die Graad 1-leerders op hul uitstappie was, het die bere stil-stil uit die boks geklim en in juffrou se klas ingesluip. Hulle was baie nuuskierig en wou ook ’n bietjie leer. Toe hulle skielik kinders hoor, het almal vinnig weer terug geklim. Maar as jy mooi kyk, sal jy sien hulle het vandag ook iets nuuts geleer. 🧸
