ePS Supplier Access and Registration: What Suppliers Need to Know

The Western Cape Government’s electronic Procurement Solution (ePS) is moving to Single Sign-On (SSO) and individual email-based authentication for supplier access.

Previously, suppliers accessed ePS using the supplier’s CSD MAAA number and a shared password. Going forward, each authorised person requiring access to a supplier’s ePS profile will use their own individual email address and login details.

✅ Multiple authorised users can access the same supplier profile
🔒 No more sharing of login credentials
📧 Each user will have their own individual login

Need help getting started? 🎥 Watch our step-by-step video demonstration on the ePS supplier registration process.

District Broad Management Team | Strategic Planning

Strategic planning is not only about setting goals — it’s about listening to the people who make education happen every day. 🗣️📚

The past two days, we created space for the voices of our teachers — their experiences, insights, challenges and ideas — to shape the way forward.

Because meaningful change happens when we listen, collaborate and plan together.

The voices of teachers matter. Their experiences shape our strategy. Their commitment shapes our future. 🌱✨
