Yesterday we celebrated International Teachers’ Day!

We celebrated the legends behind the lessons— our incredible Boishaai teachers!

For the early mornings, the big ideas, the endless patience, the laughs, the lessons and everything in between… thank you!

You don’t just teach. You inspire, challenge and shape the next generation of Boishaai boys.

And because every legend needs a little fuel…
A well-deserved treat from Vida e Caffè for our amazing teachers!

Here’s to the people who make a difference every single day.

PERSVERKLARING: HJS-RUGBY
5 Oktober 2026

U19 Barcelona Water Polo Tour

Our U19 water polo squad is currently in Barcelona for a nine-day tour, training and competing against some of the top water polo programmes in Spain.

A big thank you to BIWPA Academy for hosting our boys and for providing excellent technical sessions focused on technique, body positioning and player development.

The boys have competed in three scrimmages so far:

BIWPA Academy — 5–11
AEGN — 12–10
CNAB — Tough loss, but a strong improvement throughout the game

Beyond the pool, the boys are enjoying the opportunity to experience Barcelona, with a city tour completed and visits to the Sagrada Família and Camp Nou still to come.

A fantastic learning experience, both in and out of the pool. We are incredibly proud of the boys and the way they are representing Paarl Boys’ High School.
