Monica Pieterse (Grade 10) is a member of the Stellenbosch Youth Orchestra. On Saturday 1 August they performed on the Endler stage together with the Winelands Philharmonic Orchestra. This black tie event was to raise funds for the Siyavela Music Foundation, an initiative of the Department of Music Education at Stellenbosch University, to make quality music education accessible to children and young people in Stellenbosch and surrounding communities.

We celebrate the Athlone Institute with a blessed Centenary Church Service this Sunday. ⛪️✨️

An exceptional Massed Choir comprised of the five church choirs of Bethel Congregational Church, Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Zions URC, St Stephen's Anglican Church and Emmanuel URC will make magic together.

The Choir will perform under the direction of Mr John Jonkers, Mr Hendrik Marais and Mrs Cecile Meyer on piano.

Join us as we give thanks for a century of God's faithfulness and celebrate the legacy that continues to transform lives. 🌱🎉

The wind band have been invited to perform at the Symphonia National Orchestra and Band Festival, and we need to get them there!
