🎶💙 Music, Marimba & Community! 💙🎶

What an incredible Casual Day at Camphill School Hermanus!

Our learners had so much fun singing and dancing along with our marimba band, while the amazing Overstrand Municipality staff choir brought even more joy and energy to the day! 🎤🥁💃🕺

A huge thank you to the Overstrand Municipality team for supporting Camphill by purchasing Casual Day stickers and for joining us in the celebrations. Your choir was absolutely excellent our learners loved every minute! 👏🎶

From music and dancing to sharing a lunch together, it was a beautiful reminder that when our community comes together, we truly beat as one. 💙

Today, Camphill School Hermanus came together with our incredible community to celebrate Casual Day and Disability Awareness and what a celebration it was! 🌈

A huge THANK YOU to every business and organisation who supported Camphill, purchased Casual Day stickers, donated, joined us, and helped make today so special. Your support means more than you know. 💙

To everyone who danced, sang, laughed and joined in with us thank you for showing that when we come together, we truly BEAT AS ONE! 🫶🎵

Today wasn't just about wearing a sticker. It was about inclusion, awareness, acceptance and celebrating the abilities of every person. 💙

We are incredibly grateful to our wonderful local community for standing alongside our learners and staff and helping us create a more inclusive world.

🌸 What a beautiful way to welcome Spring at Camphill School Hermanus! 🌸

Our Spring Day gathering was a morning filled with flower crowns, herb planting, learning, creativity, laughter and community bringing our learners, guests and supporters together to celebrate the new season. 🌱🌼

The entire day was brought together through generous donations in kind from our wonderful community, with businesses and organisations contributing products, services, equipment, expertise and time to help us create a truly special morning.

Our learners and guests got creative making beautiful flower crowns, learned about herbs and planting, and had the opportunity to get their hands in the soil and plant something of their own. 🌿👑
