✨ Voice Wars: The Critic or the Coach? launches Monday — but I need your help first!

I’ve designed six cover options for my new e-book, and I can’t decide which one captures the message best.

👉 This book will help you recognise the voice that criticises, doubt, and drains you… and teach you how to coach yourself with compassion, confidence, and calm.

Scroll through the covers and tell me:
💬 Which one speaks to you most?
And if you want early access when it drops — just comment COACH below and I’ll add you to the list!

Let’s start rewriting that inner dialogue — together. 🧠💛

Teachers, your social media feeds are shaping your mindset more than you think. If you’re seeing teacher negativity all day, guess what— your brain is growing choking weeds instead of flowers. 🌻🌱

Unfollow accounts that drain your energy, and follow pages that inspire, encourage, or help you grow in your teaching and mindset.

Every time you like, save, or comment on uplifting posts, you’re literally training the algorithm to bring you more of that.

Don’t let endless scrolling drain you. Set time limits, and choose content that adds value—tips, ideas, wellness, or even just a laugh after a long day.

✨ Save this reel as a reminder.

I learned so much talking with the inspiring Dr. Albert Bramante about three struggles so many teachers face: burnout, boundaries, and self-sabotage. (podcast link in comments)

We got honest about what these challenges really look like in the classroom and in our personal lives, and Dr. Bramante shared practical strategies to handle them. In this conversation, we talk about how to spot burnout before it takes over, simple ways to set boundaries without guilt, and why self-sabotage shows up for teachers. You can watch the full conversation on YouTube or listen on the podcast, and I’ve linked both in my bio.

You’ll also find Dr. Bramante’s book and my free Teacher Boundaries Template there too.

I’d love to know which of these three you find the hardest right now—burnout, boundaries, or self-sabotage?

That feeling when your to-do list is a mile long? 😫 Yeah, been there.

Here’s a simple trick I use to cut through the noise: The 'Top Two'.

Just pick two non-negotiable tasks for the day. Seriously, that's it. If one is a beast (like 'write that report'), just decide on one chunk (e.g., 'outline the introduction').

It’s about clarity, not quantity. Try it and tell me how it goes!

Is your inner critic running the show?

Ever caught yourself thinking:
“I’m not smart enough.”
“What if I mess up?”
“I should just stay in my comfort zone.”

That, my friend, is your inner critic talking. And it’s sneaky—it sounds like the truth, but it’s actually just fear in disguise.

The good news, you ask? Welllllll, you don’t have to believe everything you think. I’ve got something exciting coming to help you quiet that voice and take action with confidence.

Stay tuned—announcement coming soon! 🔥

Double-tap if you’re DONE letting self-doubt hold you back. 💪
