Class of 2021, 5-year Reunion

08/10/2026

Old Cliftonians, Class of 2021, recently reunited for a heartfelt five-year reunion filled with nostalgia and joy. Upon arrival, everyone seemed to disappear into the evening mist, each drawn to their favourite spots across campus: classrooms, dormitories, and the beloved maple tree. Many were amazed by the new Grade 4 classrooms and rondavels, while delighted to discover that the Snake Pit remained untouched.

Warm hugs were shared as laughter and stories filled the old dining hall, with friends reminiscing about cherished memories and catching up on life since leaving Clifton.

The much-anticipated highlight of the evening came when Mr Majola opened the time capsule. Inside was a treasure trove of keepsakes, including lost property, conkers, acorns, pieces of bark, and letters written to their future selves. These discoveries sparked playful banter, as well as quieter moments of reflection and connection.

The reunion was a beautiful celebration of years gone by, the enduring spirit of Clifton Notties, and friendships that have stood the test of time.
