The activity encouraged teamwork, listening, problem-solving, clear communication and patience. It was amazing to see everyone working together and communicating to achieve the same goal! 🙌😊

🥳3 Weeks of Work Ready Training at Love Notties! ♻️

We are excited to have started a 3-week Work Ready training programme for Love Notties recycling staff, with the modules adapted to suit their working environment and responsibilities.

The training focuses on practical workplace skills, teamwork, communication, responsible resource management, and recycling and environmental awareness. 🌍💚

Over the next three weeks, our staff will gain valuable knowledge and practical tools to help them improve their work, strengthen their skills, and contribute positively to Love Notties and our recycling initiatives.
