“I visited Russia last year October 2025 in the program called Agrointer School for young researchers. It was a great experience where I got exposed to different places such as Red Square and the Space Museum of the Soviet Union, where we learned about the first human to travel to space, Yuri Gagarin, on 12 April 1961. I also visited Moscow State University Botanical Garden, where we learned about the significance of different trees and their carbon footprint. Skolkovo, rich in technology, was the best we experienced controlling satellites in space. It was an honour to be part of such an environment.”
