Yesterday the King Cetshwayo District Municipality Speaker, Cllr KER Hadebe was invited to deliver a keynote address at Ethalaneni Primary School farewell function for Mrs NG Khanyile in Nkandla to commemorate 31 years she has been a Foundation Phase educator at the school.“It’s a pity educators like Mrs Khanyile are not considered when there is a need for leaders who will lead our schools with love and integrity” ,said Cllr KER Hadebe.“This is a plea to all the Unions represented here today, to develop a system that will ensure that it doesn’t take 30 plus years to reward and acknowledge attributes shown by the likes of Mrs Khanyile”, said the District Speaker before handing over corporate gifts to Mrs Khanyile along with the staff members of Ethalaneni Primary School.
