Dear Parent/Guardian.

Your attention is drawn to the Circular from the Department of Education and the notice from the Premier of KZN.

Kindly read both carefully and make a decision. Some educators may also be affected, hence the school will not be fully staffed.

Reminder that when your child returns on Tuesday they will be writing their tests as scheduled.

I urge you to keep your child and family safe, and to ensure that they utilize their time profitably to study.

All parents/ guardians are requested to urgently communicate any injuries or loss of life to the school.

New West Secondary will be opened tomorrow, 13 April 2022.

Parents are urged to assess their children's safety and make an informed decision whether to send your child to school.

Parents please take notice of the information below:

Dear grade 12 of 2021.

Kindly note that the results will be released by 10:30 tomorrow, Friday, 21 January 2022.

Please note that you must not report to school earlier than 10:30.

Please carry your ID.

You will be screened at the entrance and only 20 learners will be allowed into school at a time.

Results will be released in the Hall.

Please bring all outstanding textbooks, old uniforms and any outstanding school fees where necessary.
