4th International Scientific Tendinopathy Symposium This biennial conference attracts speakers and delegates, which represent the pre-eminent international authorities in basic and clinical tendon research.

The 4th International Scientific Tendinopathy Symposium (ISTS) will be hosted by the University of Cape Town (UCT) at the Sport Science Institute of South Africa (SSISA) in Cape Town, South Africa from the 22nd to 24th October 2016. The keynote speakers and delegates of this biennial conference represent the pre-eminent international authorities in basic and clinical tendon research. In line with

the previous meeting the theme of the 2016 conference is “Today’s research … tomorrow’s translation”. Local organizing committee: Prof Malcolm Collins, Assoc Prof Alison September, Dr Michael (Mike) Posthumus, Dr Jeroen Swart, Dr Jon Patricios and Dr Paul Dijkstra.
