🌟 LHS LEADERS AT ST DOM’S PREFECT TEA 🌟

Yesterday, our Lincoln Heights Secondary School (LHS) prefects had the privilege of attending the St Dom’s Prefect Tea. 🫖✨

It was a wonderful opportunity for our young leaders to connect, share ideas and celebrate the importance of leadership, responsibility and service.

A special mention goes to Azande Dlamini, who proudly represented LHS by delivering a speech on behalf of our learners. 🎤💙💛

We are incredibly proud of our prefects for representing Lincoln Heights Secondary with confidence, dignity and excellence.

Leadership is not about a title — it is about making a difference. 👏🌟

Pionier high school came out to chase 183 and got bowled out for 71 runs all out
Captain Waleed Ghafoor did lead the team and took 3 of their main batsmen wickets
Musa Muhammad took 4 wickets
Lincoln heights won by 111runs
Great sportsmanship between both teams.

Beyond Limits: Innovators at Lincoln Heights leave a Legacy!

The Lincoln Heights Secondary Annual Science Expo celebrated the limitless power of scientific discovery, creativity, and innovation under the inspiring theme “Innovators of Infinity” on the 24 July.

The pioneers which transformed the world through curiosity and determination, our Lincoln Heights participants nevertheless showcased projects with confidence and imagination, such as the Fetal Hypoxia alert system, QR Code Security Scanner, AI meeting assistant, Computer Science network and data transfer, Solar powered wheelchair, Prototype_2.0, The Back2now and The Magnetic Generator.

The highlight of the day was the Psychological and Behavioural Impacts of Sound Waves on Humans and Animals.

At the end of it all, scores were tallied and:

- Kenisha Govender took Best Experiment for Titration
- Ashven Khokhar and Shaivalia Singh took Best Demonstration for The Power of Colour and Light
- 3rd place - Best Project went to Nimal Singh for his Air-braking system
- 2nd place for Best Project went to Gabriel Maharaj for his Atmospheric Water Generator
- Project of the Year in First place went to Nhlosokuhle Motaung for his spectacular Emergency Vehicle Notifier.
