Part 1 of our Vocational Program - LEARN TO EARN. While it is challenging for some of our learners to gain the skills needed to pursue careers in the work environment, we want to train them to get the feel of EARNING their own money!

So we’ve put this program together where they have worked with the assistance of their teachers to market, go shopping, prepare and make, and then deliver close to 140 Wors Rolls in just a few hours today! And of course they needed to TASTE their own food 😅

Next week we will teach them how to calculate all the costings, the sales and then work out the profit and equally split it between them.

EXTRAORDINARY people??? They DON'T give up!!!!! Our Teachers are just as special as our children, and Teacher Sifiso patiently worked with our Ollie, for more than THREE YEARS to finally get Ollie to recognize numbers! What a proud, goosebumps and tears of joy moment!!!!
