Fairy Glen Pre School, situated on the border of New Germany and Pinetown, has been in existence for more than 30 years. A privately owned and run educare centre, Fairy Glen has been under the leadership of Karen Chilton for the past 20 years. The School has developed around an original residence on 3/4 acre of land, comprising of 4 separate outdoor activity are

as and 2 separate indoor facilities. Toddler Centre caters for the age group 2 to 3 years, Pre-School for 3 to 5 years and the Aftercare for Primary School children up to and including the age of 10 years old. TODDLER CENTRE: The toddlers are separated from the main school during the morning. This gives them the opportunity to adapt to school life and experiment with their new experiences. The children follow a specifically developed program for learning of their age group. PRE-SCHOOL CENTRE: The centre follows a unique program, which is a combination of the High scope and Montessori philosophy and principles.
