We look at the sun rising every day . Its bright it's warms us up . Our Sun happen to be the brightest object in the Solar system and naturally we are really curious to know more about it .

The sun's heat and light provide energy for life to exist on earth.
The sun is a giant ball made of extremely hydrogen and helium gases , it is 150 Million kilometres away from earth

The sun is extremely hot - nearly 16 million degrees centigrade at the center and 6000°C on the surface
The sun also produces X-rays and ultraviolet rays that are harmful to life , but most of these rays get soaked by the earth but do not harm us .
Scientific research have shown us that the sun and the planets was formed4,6 billion years ago
