Having had realized the need for an improvement in grade 12 results and the up-liftment of the performance of learners, we have decided to establish on a structured organization to overcome and manage learning difficulties in our community. Arethushaneng Education is an apolitical persona and shall commit in accordance with the South African Schools’ Law and governance. Moreover, Arethushaneng fac

Thus, academic regulations should provide assurances both for learners currently enrolled and those who seek admission that as many spaces as possible will be available within Arethushaneng and within individual streams; and should not only clarify procedures and guarantee rights for learners, but should also provide assurances to accrediting universities’ endorsements.

Career Guidance and Motivational Talk Empowers Learners at Dithothwaneng Secondary School

Arethushaneng, in collaboration with Dithothwaneng Secondary School, hosted a powerful Career Guidance and Motivational Talk aimed at inspiring and educating learners on the importance of taking their studies seriously. The event took place at Dithothwaneng Secondary School in Mphanama village, bringing together a diverse group of professionals who shared insights on career options, discipline, and the dangers of substance abuse.

The programme featured informative presentations from key individuals including Morongwa Bopape, a lecturer from Sekhukhune TVET College, and Dr Mathebula, an environmental expert and lecturer at the University of Limpopo. Mmadire Kgaphola, a qualified financial advisor from Old Mutual, also provided financial literacy tips, while the Sekhukhune Fire and Rescue Team and the Department of Health (Mphanama Clinic) addressed health and safety matters. The event was further enriched by the presence of Mrs Reshoketšwe Nkopodi, a courageous former drug addict and r**e survivor who gave a heartfelt testimony, as well as contributions from the Department of Roads and Transport, Thebeng Tertiary Online Application Relief, and SABC news reporter Koketšo Hope Motau.

This impactful gathering served not only to inform learners about various career paths but also to instill in them the value of discipline and the risks associated with substance abuse. The school and community expressed gratitude to all stakeholders who participated in making the event a success, as learners left feeling inspired, better informed, and motivated to shape a brighter future.
