Who cares for the carer? Living and Learning team also had their training on 17 February 2022. To offer good quality service to our student leaders, we believe we must also go through "Sharpening" .
The team had Prof Jean Greyling and Leva Foundation for their corporate team building workshop, much fun was had through team building games, i.e TANKS and RANGERS.

HKs and RSAs had problem solving and team building activities, The more the number of participants, the more activities we have to be able to reach/touch everyone in the room. Therefore, they had some "fun" to it, they played different, interesting games.

As we Kickstart the year, Living and Learning team prepared our student leaders, by offering them constructive training and facilitation skills to be able to assist fellow students effectively, On-Campus RSAs and HKs from different campuses had their training on 11 February 2022 where they all raised issues and provided each other with solutions for the very same issues they each raised. Heated discussions were had.

All Mentors from different On-Campus residences had their training on the 09 February 2022, this time around no guest speakers were invited as the team wanted leaders to come up with ideas, on their own, of how good leaders should be. They had activities on Team building/team work, honesty and problem solving.
