Municipal Documentation Collection and submission
Municipal Document Collection is the inquiry to be made at Mossel Bay Council, to obtain copies of existing house plans, zoning certificates, SG diagrams, Town Planning Schemes or any other information which may only be obtained from the Local Authority and it's archives.
Building line relaxation application
Building line relaxation application, when applicable (where additions are encroaching set building lines as per Zoning certificate.), needs to be granted prior to any plan submission being done.
Standard Plan submissions
Standard Plan submission is a plan submission that does not require any other application e.g. building line encroachment application, rezoning or special consent use.
