Our Krav Maga classes are based upon the Golani True Krav Maga system, a real world self defence system which covers any type of attack and violent situation. The main aim is to empower you with the best self-defence system out there, which is an invaluable skill to have. Some of the topics covered in our training are:
• Hand-to-hand situations: defences against strikes, kicks, grabs, holds, chokes etc.
• Ground fighting: including ground situations with all weapons mentioned.
• Defences against handguns from any conceivable situation.
• Defences against rifles from any conceivable situation.
• Defences against knives: stabs, slashes, holds etc.
