Teacher Juanita, our wonderful Grade 5 teacher, is one of those special people who brings her whole self to everything she does 💙

With a kind soul, a wonderful sense of humour, and a genuine passion for teaching, she has a beautiful way of connecting with her learners and making the classroom a place where learning feels meaningful and joyful.

And with her love for music, she brings a gentle, creative touch to the person she is... adding her own special rhythm to the world around her. 🎵

Today, on International Friendship Day 💙, our Foundation Phase classrooms were filled with kindness, laughter, and reminders of what true friendship looks like.

Our learners enjoyed special friendship-themed activities, celebrating the importance of caring for one another, showing kindness, and building meaningful connections.

To make the day even more special, our Foundation Phase teachers shared tokens of appreciation with our incredible Preschool full-time staff and our amazing cleaning team. ❤️ These thoughtful gestures were a beautiful reminder that every member of our Lighthouse family is valued, appreciated, and loved.

It's often the smallest acts of kindness that leave the biggest impact. Here's to hearts that care, hands that help, and friendships that make our school family so special. 🫶❤️
