As I reflect on the last month, allow me to share a little wisdom that has truly shifted my perspective on life. 🩵✨

We often find ourselves asking, “Why is this happening to me?” in times of struggle or heartache.
But what if we changed that question to “What is this teaching me?”
This simple shift in mindset can transform our experiences from burdens to valuable lessons.

When we embrace the idea that everything in life happens FOR us, not to us, we open ourselves up to growth, resilience, and understanding.
Each challenge, each setback, is an opportunity to learn and evolve.

So, as we head into this weekend, I encourage you all to reflect on your own experiences.
What lessons have you learned from the tough moments?
How have they shaped you into the person you are today?
