Please be informed of Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease (HFMD), a common viral infection affecting young children.

We request that you monitor your child for symptoms such as fever, sore throat and blisters on the hands, feet, or mouth. Kindly reinforce good hygiene practices and keep your child at home if unwell.

If you need help with the online application process, you are encouraged to visit one of the venues listed in the poster. Officials will be available to guide and support parents through the process.
