Many English learners think that speaking fluently means they need to speak fast. This is wrong. Speaking too fast reinforces bad habits and makes the speaker sound nervous and indecisive

SpeakWell had so much fun helping PHD law Students at UCT do a presentation skills workshop where they had to prepare and present a poster. Conference delegates had the opportunity to walk past, mingle and listen to various delegates who needed to keep their audience interested in their specific poster, while mingling, listening and then moving on to the next poster at the conference in Swakopmund.
