The victories keep coming at Noordwyk Primary School, and we couldn’t be prouder of our talented Under 13 Soccer Boys!

After an outstanding performance throughout the season, our boys have secured the Number 1 position in the Midrand Cluster and will now represent the Midrand Cluster at District Level on Saturday, 06 June 2026.

This achievement reflects the team’s hard work, discipline, determination, and excellent sportsmanship both on and off the field. We commend every player and coach who contributed to this remarkable success.

🥹🎉 Reitumetse Tlhoaele said, “I’m not just participating, I’m taking first place!” Provincial level, here she comes! 🚀🔬🏆

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the outstanding achievement of our very own Reitumetse Tlhoaele from Grade 5C!

Reitumetse has achieved 1st Position among all Quintile 5 schools in the District Natural Sciences Olympiad and has successfully qualified to represent the district at Provincial Level.

This remarkable accomplishment is a testament to her dedication, hard work, curiosity, and passion for learning. We are honoured to see one of our learners excelling and flying the Noordwyk Primary School flag so proudly.

RAISE THE ROOF PROJECT & PHOTO DAY REMINDER

Our Raise the Roof Project is still underway, and we would like to thank all families who have contributed thus far. We encourage parents and guardians to continue supporting this important initiative through donations and by encouraging family and friends to contribute. Every donation brings us one step closer to achieving our goal and making a lasting difference for our school community.

We would also like to remind parents that Photo Day picture orders close on Friday, 5 June 2026. All payments for picture orders must be received by this date. Please note that no extensions will be granted, as orders must be submitted to the photography company promptly.

Term 2 Cycle Tests Begin Today!

We would like to wish all our learners the very best as they begin their Term 2 Cycle Tests today. Remember to stay focused, do your best, and approach each test with confidence.

Learners are reminded to come prepared each day by bringing all the necessary stationery and materials required for their tests. A healthy lunch and water bottle are also encouraged to help maintain concentration and energy levels throughout the day.

A friendly reminder to parents and guardians that during the test period, learners will be dismissed at 13:00 daily. Please ensure that the necessary transport arrangements are in place to facilitate the safe collection of your child.

NOTICE: Re Water Interruption

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please be informed that there is currently a water interruption affecting the Midrand area due to scheduled maintenance.

Parents and guardians are kindly requested not to panic, as the school has sufficient water supply available through our water tank system, which is adequate to take us through the school day.

Teaching and learning will continue as normal, and learners will dismiss at the usual times.

Should there be any changes or further developments, communication will be shared promptly through the school’s official communication platforms.

Please be reminded that the Term 2 Cycle Tests will commence on Monday, 1 June 2026.

The examination scopes have already been shared on D6 for your convenience. Parents and guardians are kindly encouraged to access the scopes and continue providing learners with the necessary support, guidance, and encouragement to help them prepare effectively for their tests.

Please note that during the examination period, learners will dismiss at 13:00 daily. Parents are therefore requested to make the necessary transport arrangements to ensure the safety of all learners after school.
