β½π Learning the Game, the Right Way
Our U10βU13 football boys took time this week to go through the laws of the game with their coaches during PMSS.
Understanding the rules is just as important as developing skills, it builds game intelligence, discipline, and respect for the sport. π‘β½
Great to see our young Leopards growing not only as players, but as well-rounded footballers who understand the game inside and out. ππͺ

π Creative Clothing Fun π
Our Group 3 children had a wonderful time exploring our clothing theme through a fun and hands-on activity! They enjoyed selecting different clothing items and carefully gluing them together to create their very own outfits.
This activity encouraged the children to think about the correct order of clothing, helping to build their understanding of sequencing and daily routines. As they chose and placed each item, they were also developing decision-making skills, problem-solving abilities, and fine motor control through cutting and gluing.
It was lovely to see their creativity shine as they mixed and matched different pieces, proudly creating unique outfits of their own!

Dressing Up Fun in Group 2 ππ§₯
This week, our Group 2 children have been exploring the theme of clothes, and what a wonderful hands-on experience it has been! The children had great fun dressing our dolls in a variety of outfits, carefully choosing and putting on each item.
This activity supported the development of fine motor skills as the children practised buttoning, pulling, and adjusting clothing. It also encouraged independence, problem-solving, and imaginative play as they decided what their dolls should wear.
An added sensory element made the experience even more exciting, as the children explored different textures of the clothing. From soft fabrics to slightly rougher materials, they were able to feel and compare how each item was made, building their sensory awareness and descriptive language.
A lovely week of learning through play! π

πOur Week of Upside Down Fun!
Last week our classrooms were a little topsy-turvy as we explored our Upside Down theme!
The children had so much fun experiencing their day from a different perspective. From drawing under the tables, to turning our tables upside down in the classroom, the laughter and excitement were everywhere. We even tried having parts of our day backwards and spent time hanging upside down and exploring many other playful activities.
Learning through play is always special, and this theme encouraged the children to think creatively, use their imaginations, and see the world in a whole new way. What a fun and memorable week it was!

β½π Resilience on the Field
Our boys recently competed at the Kingβs School Linbro Park Festival, where they faced challenging conditions but showed true Leopard spirit.
Day 1 tested the team with tough, rainy weather, and despite a determined effort, they narrowly fell short against Curro Midrand.
Day 2 brought renewed energy and a much stronger performance. The boys demonstrated resilience, improved teamwork, and a positive attitude as they bounced back and looked far more settled on the field.
A great reminder that growth often comes through challenge. Well done, boys! β½πͺ

The day also included time exploring the Centreβs interactive exhibits, puzzles, and science displays, making it a fun and engaging environment where curiosity and discovery go hand in hand.
A fantastic day of experimentation, exploration, and learning! π¬π
