Yesterday, our Leopards brought the colour, energy and excitement to the Curro Waterfall Colour Run 2026! 🐆

From colourful smiles and messy moments to plenty of laughter and unforgettable memories, it was a day filled with fun from start to finish!

A huge THANK YOU to all our families for joining us and making the day so special. Your energy and support helped make the event one to remember! 💙

Our Term 3 Art Showcase was a celebration of creativity, growth, and self-expression.

Each piece on display reflected a unique learning journey, showcasing the imagination, confidence, and creativity of our children. We have loved watching them develop their skills, explore new ideas, and take pride in creating something all their own.

It was especially meaningful to see families take the time to admire, discuss, and celebrate the beautiful work their children so proudly created.

Thank you to all our parents and guardians for joining us and sharing in this special celebration of creativity and achievement.

"Teacher, are those REAL worms?!" 🪱😆

Our Group 5 children enjoyed a wonderful sensory adventure with spaghetti worms today. What started with cautious curiosity quickly turned into fits of laughter, squeals of delight, and brave hands reaching in to explore.

Sensory play offers so many learning opportunities, helping children discover different textures, strengthen sensory awareness, develop language skills, and build confidence through hands-on exploration.

The worms may not have been real, but the fun certainly was!

The Curro community is saddened by the passing of Dirk Steenkamp, the beloved Executive Head of Curro Bankenveld and former Head of High School of Curro Westbrook. With their PE assessments done, our PMSS learners swapped the assessments for some fun on the football field!

It was the perfect way to unwind, enjoy some friendly competition, and let loose after putting in the hard work. Plenty of energy, laughter and Leopard spirit all around!

🔬SCIENCE COMES TO LIFE! ✨

Our Grade 3 learners had an exciting day of discovery at the Sci-Bono Discovery Centre!

From exploring robots, electricity and colour mixing to discovering how helium works in hot-air balloons, our young scientists had the opportunity to learn through interactive, hands-on experiences. 🤖

The exciting science show brought plenty of WOW! moments, with spectacular demonstrations including elephant toothpaste, dry ice and fascinating scientific reactions! 🧪

It was a day filled with curiosity, laughter and discovery, and a wonderful reminder that science is all around us!

Our little Leopards certainly proved that learning is even more exciting when you can experience it beyond the classroom! 🐆💙

Not every milestone is marked by a certificate. Sometimes, it’s a child sounding out a word for the first time. Sometimes, it’s finishing a book from cover to cover. Sometimes, it’s finding the confidence to read aloud.

These everyday moments may seem small, but they can change lives.

On International Literacy Day, we celebrate the power of reading and the countless stories that begin when someone is given the opportunity to learn.
