it is with regret that i hav 2 inform u about changes 2 the public speaking competition. After a meeting we had with the principals on the 27th of sep 2011, we came 2 a conclusion of posponing the final, due 2 schools being closed. We knw that we hav been changing the date for several times now, and we r deeply sori 4 dat. the new date 4 the final will b after the schools re-open, on friday the 14th of oct 2011. the venue will be communicated your HoD in good time. please accept our sincere apology 4 any Inconveniences
