Shin-Gi-Tai Karate Academy under the instruction of Sensei Gareth Crowe, 5th Dan JKA has been operating since 2012, teaching from 3 years old to adults. Kids classes are filled with energy, making sure your children benefit from all aspects of training. While incorporating occupational therapy induced exercises, your children will experience a fun filled class while learning valuable lessons in the way of karate.

Imagination is everything, motivation is the key.

Keeping these little ones still when stillness is required🤔...requires some fine motor skill attention. Thank goodness for , helping keep some busy while the others had to show their skills.
