We are throwing it back to one of our absolute favourite weeks of the term, Readathon Week! We came across these beautiful photos and just had to share the joy with our Jubilate family. 😍📖

Our pupils were completely captivated by the worlds inside their books, sharing stories, diving into adventures, and discovering just how much fun reading can be! 🧚‍♀️🦖🗺️

We’ve been revisiting the basics, sharpening our reading skills through fun revision activities. Our learners absolutely love showing off what they know, breaking down sounds, and tackling word challenges with big smiles. 🧠💥 Giving our pupils the time to practice and solidify these skills ensures they are always ready to strive for excellence in everything they do! 🏆🎒

Our Grade 1 classrooms were buzzing with excitement as we explored the world of insects and arachnids! Our learners had the best time discovering how these tiny creatures play a massive role in keeping our planet healthy. 🌍🌱

They mastered the differences between 6-legged insects and 8-legged arachnids, putting their observation skills to the test. 🧪🙌

Wow... what a show! They truly got up and danced! ✨

A massive congratulations to all our learners for an absolutely spectacular performance at our Get Up and Dance concert! From Grade R to Grade 7, every single student lit up the stage with pure joy, rhythm, and confidence. 🌟🎭

An event like this takes a village. A huge thank you to our teachers for the choreography, our behind-the-scenes staff for the magic, and our amazing parents for your support! 🧡👏

We are right in the middle of a very special birthday sandwich here at Jubilate School! Yesterday, the 25th, we celebrated the wonderful Elize, and tomorrow, the 27th, we are throwing the birthday confetti for the amazing Sharon! 🌸✨

Both of these incredible ladies bring so much dedication, warmth, and joy to our school community. We are incredibly grateful for everything they do behind the scenes and in our classrooms to keep the magic of learning alive. 🏫🧡

Our Grade R and Grade 1 classrooms took to the playground to show us just how powerful learning through play really is.

What looks like simple fun on the jungle gym, swirling hula hoops, and tossing bean bags is actually foundational learning. Through these active tasks, our pupils are building confidence, testing their limits, practising resilience, and learning to collaborate with their peers in a nurturing environment.☀️

Every climb, spin, and throw is building essential neural pathways for writing, concentration, and spatial thinking. Play is hard work, and our kids are nailing it!🧡
