Africorr Corrosion: African solutions to African problems AfriCORR is an extension of the Corrosion Institute of Southern Africa.

It has a special interest in connecting Industry and Academia through-out Africa. We look to create platforms that link research to action ultimately finding African Solutions for African problems, all the while ensuring we remain in touch with worldwide trends.

AfriCORR Congress

AfriCORR Congress is held every 2 years. The inaugural Congress was held in July 2014. The aim of the AfriCORR Congress is to link Academic research with Industry experience and requirements. Academic papers are presented with a specific focus on their industrial application and Industry papers are presented with a specific focus on where further research is required.
African Corrosion Journal

The African Corrosion Journal was born out of AfriCORR'14. The first Issue was published mid-2015. The African Corrosion Journal is a peer-review Journal focussing on excellence in corrosion-related papers primarily from African centred research.
