✈️ We’re Hiring: Junior Operations Controller

Excellentia Airline Academy is looking for a Junior Operations Controller to join our team at our Grand Central Airport office. If aviation is your passion and organisation is your strength, this could be the role for you.

Your role will include:
• Managing flight and maintenance schedules
• Coordinating aircraft availability and monitoring daily flight operations
• Maintaining compliance and accurate student records
• Acting as a key point of contact for students, instructors, and maintenance teams
• Handling emails and phone calls

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Valid Private Pilot Licence (PPL)
✔️ Strong organisational and communication skills
✔️ Knowledge of aviation operations and regulations
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools
✔️ Ability to perform well under pressure
✔️ Solid experience navigating the SACAA website

✈️ Flight Instructor Positions Available (Grade II & III)

We're looking for full-time Grade II and Grade III Flight Instructors to join our training team.

📍 Based at Grand Central Airport or Lanseria International Airport

Minimum requirements:

• Valid and current South African CPL
• Valid and current Grade II or Grade III Instructor Rating
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Professional, neat, and presentable
• Strong adherence to SOPs and safety standards
• Available full time
