A revelation that completely changed my life. This taught me what relationship is the number one priority in my life. This road of self-discovery is one road I'd walk again, over and over. In so many instances, we have one idea of what an unhealthy relationship is or what a toxic one is, but in actual fact we miss the subtle signs of what a toxic relationship is in our lives.

Through the journey of finding your purpose you'll see things in a different light and make some revelations of your own.

Poor communication is often the leading cause of conflict within our personal and professional relationships. It's important that you come to the realization that you will never get along with someone 100% of the time all the time. Differences is what makes you unique. Most times, if not all time, our pride gets the better of us, we nolonger strive to help someone see a different perspective but rather we become engulfed with proving our point and being deemed as 'right'.

Ensuring you know how to communicate effectively will be the ultimate game changer to resolving and preventing conflict but still being able to showcase your point of view. We need to know how to communicate and understand the importance of tone.

These are important tools that will successfully restore your personal and professional relationships.
