23rd May 2026. from 10am to 2pm we are hosting a 1 day workshop for Baking a black forrest cake, Cinnabon's with 3 flavours toppings and ciabatta bread rolls.
Mix perfect whipping cream and learn to layer the black forrest cake. Learn to bake your Cinnabons with yeast, prepare fillings and toppings.
Make Ciabatta bread rolls from scratch.

25th to 28th May 2026, starts our 4 day Pastry, platters and catering course for R4500.00
9am to 2pm daily. Our culinary school was established 2013.
Course fee R4500.00, include all ingredients used during the course and you take everything home that you bake.
Accredited certificate at the end of the course.
This 4 day hands on course will teach future Pastry Chefs to make from scratch the basic 6 x French pastries.
ie: short crust pastry, puff pastry, choux pastry, croissant pastry, cruffin pastry, all purpose sweet pastry form scratch, and then learn how to make croissants, savoury pastries, meat pies, choc O' pain, cream eclairs, jam doughnuts, ring doughnuts, profiteroles, Cream squares, sausage rolls, meat pies and Chelsea buns, cream horns, cheese straws and lots more. All these pastries suitable for catering and events or your own bakery front.
