🎓 Key requirements include:
• NQF Level 7 qualification in Human Resource Development, Education/Training, or a closely related field
• Qualified/registered Assessor
• Relevant learner assessment experience
• Strong communication, administration and report-writing skills
• Own transport and willingness to travel when required

A Moderator qualification/registration would be an added advantage.
