GRAAD 12 leerders kan teen *R5* aantrek soos ouma en oupa om hulle laaste Vrydag van die kwartaal voor die September eksamen saam te geniet.
‼️ Indien leerders nie volgens tema aantrek nie MOET hulle skooldrag aanhê. (Skooldrag mag nie gemeng word met Tema drag)

📌Graad 12 LEERDERS MOET streng volgens die Ouma & Oupa Tema geklee wees.

‼️ *Dit is ñ normale skooldag vir die graad 12 leerders, normale periodes sodat die laaste belangrike werk afgehandel kan word.*

Today, our Middelland Secondary School Under-16 Netball Team played proudly in their beautiful new netball dresses—a moment made possible through the kindness and generosity of remarkable people who believe in our learners.

With hearts full of gratitude, we extend our deepest appreciation to the Class of 1986, Mr Dorian Olifant, Mr Eugene Engelbrecht, and our anonymous donors for making this dream a reality.

These dresses are more than a new uniform. They represent confidence, dignity, teamwork, and the belief that every learner deserves the opportunity to shine.
As our girls stepped onto the court, they done so with renewed pride, knowing that an entire community is standing behind them.

Your generosity has not only clothed a team—it has inspired a generation of young women to believe in themselves and to wear the Middelland badge with honour.

Middelland Secondary School would like to extend our deepest gratitude and sincere appreciation to Mr Mohammed Moti for his generous donation of two sets of beautiful Netball Dresses.

Your kindness has given our players so much more than a new uniform—you have given them confidence, pride, and a renewed sense of belonging.
For the first time in a long time, our girls will step onto the netball court looking and feeling like true representatives of Middelland Secondary School.
They will proudly wear our colours, stand together as one team, and be recognised as the talented young athletes they are.

As our players take to the court, they will do so with the determination, strength, and confidence to compete like winners. Your generosity has inspired hope and reminded our learners that there are people who believe in their dreams.

Die Oos-Kaapse Departement van Onderwys het die finale rooster vir die 2026 Graad 12 Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (NSS) Voorbereidende Eksamen bekend gemaak.

Belangrike Inligting:

✅ Die Lewensoriëntering (LO) Gemeenskaplike Assesseringstaak (G*T) word op Dinsdag, 1 September 2026 geskryf.

✅ Die Herskryf van die LO Gemeenskaplike Assesseringstaak (G*T) vind plaas op Maandag, 12 Oktober 2026.

✅ Leerders word daaraan herinner om alle eksamenreëls streng na te kom.

Die Voorbereidende Eksamen speel 'n belangrike rol in die voorbereiding van Graad 12-leerders vir die Finale NSS Oktober/November 2026-Eksamen.

Aan alle Gr12-Leerders:

Dit is julle geleentheid om julle gereedheid vir die finale NSS-eksamen te bepaal.

🕊️ Memorial Service for Weldon Plaatjies

Today, the Principal, Staff, Grade 12 learners, and especially the Grade 12C class of Middelland Secondary School pause to remember and honour our beloved learner and friend, Weldon Plaatjies, who sadly passed away on 11 July 2026.

Weldon was more than just a learner—he was a friend, a classmate, and a bright light in every room he entered. His cheerful spirit, honest heart, and talkative nature brought laughter, conversations, and unforgettable moments to those around him. He had a unique way of making everyone feel included, and his active personality left an imprint that will never fade.

Although his school journey ended far too soon, we take comfort in believing that he completed his final assignment here on earth with courage and dignity. His memories will continue to live on in the classrooms, corridors, and hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Weldon, your desk may now be empty, but the space you filled in our lives can never be replaced. You will forever remain a part of the Middelland family.

Our sincere condolences and prayers remain with your family, friends, and everyone mourning this great loss.

Rest peacefully, Weldon. Your smile, your voice, and your beautiful spirit will never be forgotten. 🕊️💙
