Dear Parents and Grade 12 learners

Please find the information below about school reopening on Monday, 1 June 2020.

Dear teachers, Parents and learners of Manzomthombo secondary school hoping that you all have received our letter sent with our learners stating that due to a report from one our parents who's employer tested positive for the corona virus over the past weekend of which took a precautionary decision to send learners and educators home today. After a series of engagements with the WCED officials we were only allowed to dismiss school earlier than normal for today only and resume normal classes tomorrow. I want to categorically explain to everyone that no one was tested to acquired the virus from of our constituency, be it parents,learners or educators, henceforth it is recommended that Manzomthombo should resume with normal tuition tomorrow, Tuesday 17 March 2020
