This is a friendly reminder that schools will re-open on Wednesday, 08 April 2026.

Learners are expected to knock in at 07:15 and knock off at 14:15. Please ensure that all learners arrive on time and are ready for the school day.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are pleased to inform you that the newly prepared classrooms are now ready for utilisation. Teaching and learning activities can commence in these facilities.

However, we would like to bring to your attention that there are still challenges regarding access. The pathways leading to the classrooms, as well as the pathway to the toilets, are currently not accessible. This poses a safety and convenience concern for both learners and staff.

We are engaging with the relevant stakeholders to have these access routes attended to as a matter of urgency. In the meantime, we will put temporary measures in place to ensure the safety of our learners.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support as we work towards resolving this matter.

NB!! Learners are expected to be at school on Monday the 26th of January 2026

Dear, parents

Please be informedthat due to ongoing construction at the school, all learners MUST NOT COME TO SCHOOL ON MONDAY, 19th of JANUARY 2026 TILL FURTHER NOTICE. The construction work has been delayed because of the recent rainfall, and for safety reasons it is necessary to keep learners off the school premises.

The safety of our learners remains our top priority. Further communication will be provided as soon as there are updates regarding the situation.

URGENT NOTICE!!!

Good afternoon, parents.
We apologise for the inconvenience. Please note that learners from Mgwenyane Proimary School are not expected to attend school from tomorrow until Friday 16th of January 2026, due to the ongoing project on the school premises. The contractor is still working to ensure that the school environment is safe for our learners. Therefore, learners are expected to resume classes on Monday 19th of January 2026.
