On Wednesday, 5 August, SASCO UMP hosted a successful Elective Branch General Meeting, where CRC candidates were chosen to represent SASCO in the upcoming elections on the 4th of September 2026.

SASCO UMP will be holding a Branch General Meeting to elect candidates who will contest in the 2026/27 SRC Elections.

This meeting belongs to the students. It is a platform to raise concerns, engage leadership and decide who represents us.

We therefore urge every student to come and participate. Your voice matters.

Time = 12:00pm - 17:00pm

It is with profound sadness that SASCO mourns the passing of Kamva Ntsikayomzi Nqiwa. His loss is deeply felt by the entire UMP student community. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and loved ones during this difficult time. May his memory live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
