At EQ4Kids, we understand emotional intelligence grows through everyday experiences. This week, we focus on empathy—helping children understand and share the feelings of others.

By practising empathy, kids learn compassion, self-awareness, and respect—skills that strengthen relationships and guide positive choices. When children can connect with others’ experiences, they grow into caring, confident individuals ready to thrive in the world.

Elke keer as 'n kind hul emosies kan verwoord, vermeerder hul selfbegrip.

Ons kan regtig die verskil by ons seuntjie sien vandat hy by EQ4Kids is. Voor die klasse kon hy nie sê hoe hy voel of vir homself opstaan nie. Nou kan hy sy emosies in woorde uitdruk en ons sien hoe hy mense begin vertrou en hoe sy selfvertroue ontwikkel.

Dit is vir ons ongelooflik om hierdie groei te beleef. Emosionele intelligensie help kinders om hulself beter te verstaan en sterker verhoudings te bou.
