The main aim of starting Siyancedana NPO we have seen that many young people they end up being involved in many things. More especial if he or she did not pass matric. Siyancedana NPO is there to show or give an opportunity to still be at school if someone still willing to be at school to ensure if they are empowered with education that will help them at a later stage ensuring that young kids, they do not find themselves out of school because of financial matters.

whoever that did not pass grade 12 with good results and still having an interest to improve his or her results so that he or she can be able achieve targeted goals and be able to make living, not putting aside those who did not make it at all but promising will be considered by the NPO.

GENERAL EXPERINCE OF STAKEHOLDERS
Despite stakeholders were taking this as something that to benefit certain individuals, but after the event it is when everyone seen the important role to be played by the NPO, if it can get a full support. They realise that it is something that affects everyone in the community including businesses because if a person is unable to make living, the person can commit a crime in any business. Business owners have realised the role it can play to the sustainability of their businesses and empowering the economy of the place because after this many people will be able to spend on goods and services and some of them will obtain skills that would be useful in their businesses. This will assist organization to be able to employ around because education that those students will be receiving as a results of the existence of the NPO that will reduce crime, poverty but to change standard of living. In short stakeholders have showed an interest on supporting the NPO. Without forgetting the support that department of education has promised to make in making sure if these kids will be supported and get results that will make them be able to further their studies to the highest level.
Parents become more excited with this and they welcomed it as something that will change their lives as well. Promise to play a huge role in making sure that the non-profit organization remains alive. Communities as whole, despite many problems have seen it as something to give back hope to their kids, more especial the ones who were abandoned , thinking that their dreams seems to be vanished.
Affected kids were so happy to hear that there would be something like this to be offered by the non-profit organization, said that it will give them second opportunity to make this happen themselves. As results of the event all stakeholders committed themselves to work with the NPO, providing support where it required.
