💛❤️🏑Laerskool Marble Hall Hockey Tournament🏑❤️💛

Laerskool Marble Hall attended a hockey tournament in Middelburg over the weekend of 28–29 August, hosted by Laerskool Middelburg.

Our U/11 and U/10 hockey girls had a wonderful opportunity to play some exciting matches and gain valuable game experience. On Friday evening, the girls enjoyed a fun team-building and bonding session, where they had the opportunity to get to know one another better and learn more about their teammates.

For some of the girls, it was their first experience of sleeping away from home, making it through the night, and perhaps getting very little sleep! 😊 Nevertheless, it was a wonderful learning experience and a weekend filled with special memories.

A very big thank you to all the parents for giving their children this wonderful opportunity and for supporting them along the way.

Thank you also to all our dedicated coaches for their time, commitment, sacrifice and hard work. Your contribution to our girls and their development is truly appreciated.

Well done to all our hockey girls! We are very proud of you! 🏑

💛❤️🏑 Laerskool Marble Hall Hokkietoernooi 🏑❤️💛

Laerskool Marble Hall het die naweek van 28–29 Augustus ’n hokkietoernooi in Middelburg bygewoon, wat deur Laerskool Middelburg aangebied is.

Ons O/11- en O/10-hokkiedogters het ’n wonderlike geleentheid gehad om opwindende wedstryde te speel en waardevolle wedstrydervaring op te doen. Vrydagaand het die dogters ’n lekker spanbou- en geesvangsessie geniet, waartydens hulle mekaar beter leer ken en sommer baie van hul spanmaats geleer het.

Vir sommige van die dogters was dit hul eerste ervaring om weg van die huis af te slaap, deur die nag te kom en dalk maar baie min slaap in te kry! 😊 Nietemin was dit ’n wonderlike leerervaring en ’n naweek vol kosbare herinneringe.

’n Baie groot dankie aan al ons ouers wat hul kinders hierdie wonderlike geleentheid gebied het en hulle deurentyd ondersteun het.

Baie dankie ook aan al ons toegewyde afrigters vir hul tyd, opoffering, harde werk en toewyding. Julle bydrae tot ons dogters en hul ontwikkeling word opreg waardeer.

🌿🌸 PLANTE EN SADE | PLANTS AND SEEDS 🌸🌿

As deel van die tema “Plante en sade” moes ons Graad 1’s blare en blomme versamel, pluk en pars. 🌿🌼

Vandag het die kreatiwiteit behoorlik gevloei! 🎨✨ Die leerders het met soveel entoesiasme aan hulle projekte gewerk. Idees, blare en selfs inspirasie is uitgeruil terwyl elkeen sy of haar eie unieke kunswerk geskep het. 🍃💐

Dit was wonderlik om te sien hoe leer, ontdekking en kreatiwiteit hand aan hand gaan! 💚

As part of the theme “Plants and Seeds”, our Grade 1 learners had to collect, pick and press leaves and flowers. 🌿🌼

Today, the creativity was truly flowing! 🎨✨ The learners worked with so much excitement and enthusiasm on their projects. Ideas, leaves and inspiration were shared as each learner created their own unique masterpiece. 🍃💐

It was wonderful to see learning, discovery and creativity come together! 💚🌱

Christo van Heerden het die naweek van 14 en 15 Augustus die Waterberg-span verteenwoordig tydens die rugbybyeenkoms by Jubaweni.
Vier Limpopo-streke het teen mekaar meegeding, en Christo het met trots sy span en Laerskool Marble Hall verteenwoordig.

Christo van Heerden represented the Waterberg team at the rugby tournament held at Jubaweni during the weekend of 14–15 August.
Four Limpopo regions competed against each other, and Christo proudly represented his team and Laerskool Marble Hall.

Vanaf 20–22 Augustus 2026 het ons gimnaste aan die Limpopo Gimnastiekkampioenskappe in Thabazimbi deelgeneem en met groot trots uitstekende prestasies behaal.

’n Pragtige silwermedalje! Sy het die goue medalje met slegs 0,05 punte misgeloop.

’n Pragtige silwermedalje met uitstekende punte.

🥉 Burnize Terblanche (Gr. 2) – Level 2, 7–8 jaar
’n Bronsmedalje, met die silwer medalje net-net buite bereik.

Albei het met hul netjiese reekse bronsmedaljes verower. 🌟

What an incredible achievement by our Laerskool Marble Hall learners who proudly represented Vallei Gymnastics Club Marble Hall! 🤸‍♀️❤️💛

From 20–22 August 2026, our gymnasts competed at the Limpopo Gymnastics Championships in Thabazimbi and achieved wonderful results through hard work, dedication and determination.

🥈 Lienke van Heerden (Gr. 1) – Level 1, 7–8 years
A beautiful silver medal! She missed the gold medal by only 0.05 points.

🥈 Jo-Anne Rentroia (Gr. 2) – Level 2, 7–8 years
A fantastic silver medal with excellent scores.

🥉 Burnize Terblanche (Gr. 2) – Level 2, 7–8 years
A well-deserved bronze medal, narrowly missing out on silver.

Both achieved bronze medals with their neat and impressive routines. 🌟

A beautiful bronze medal in a highly competitive category.

Ons 1ste span het twee wedstryde op PHS se Astro gespeel, terwyl die 0/11- en 0/10-seuns by Noordskool in aksie was. 🏑🔥
Die seuns het dit ongelooflik geniet en hul beste gelewer! Ons is baie trots op elke speler. 💙👏
