If I was still drinking, I’d probably be nursing a hangover right now.

I’d be filled with regret.

I’d be overthinking my future.

I’d be blaming myself for things I couldn’t change.

I’d probably be telling myself,

‘Maybe one drink will make me feel better.’

That’s the cycle.

I’m so grateful I made the decision to stop.

It wasn’t easy.

It required discipline.

It required uncomfortable choices.

But I wasn’t sacrificing my happiness.

I was investing in my future.

Looking back, putting the bottle down was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself. 🤍
