Rebone Modise's experiential learning taught her the following about the many aspects linked to processing beef:

Food safety is the GOLDEN RULE🥇💯

Beef🐂 processing involves multiple steps, including:

Slaughtering
Skinning
Evisceration
Packaging

Each phase must be carefully monitored to prevent the spread of harmful bacteria like E. coli and salmonella.

Ensure the humane treatment of the animals being processed. Avoid inhumane practices, such as overcrowding, inadequate feed, and mistreatment during transport and handling.

Beef processing requires significant resources including water, energy, and labour.
