The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), in partnership with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA), the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO), and with support from the National Skills Fund (NSF), invites stakeholders across the Post-School Education and Training (PSET) sector to join an important webinar on the implementation of the Transitional Arrangements.
