The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), in partnership with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA), the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO), and with support from the National Skills Fund (NSF), invites stakeholders across the Post-School Education and Training (PSET) sector to join an important webinar on the implementation of the Transitional Arrangements.

Date: Wednesday, 1 July 2026
Time: 09:00 โ€“ 11:00

This webinar will provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of the Transitional Arrangements, including qualification extensions, teach-out periods, and the transition to occupational qualifications.

We encourage all Skills Development Providers, colleges, employers, industry partners, learners, and other stakeholders to be part of this important conversation as we work together to strengthen South Africa's skills development landscape.
